We're located in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. We ship worldwide, but some orders will take longer to arrive than others. We ship orders as quickly as we can, but if we're on tour or travelling, it will take a bit longer. We ship and handle all orders personally, so if you live in a faraway land, we ask for your patience and understanding!
All shipping costs are based on the standard Canada Post rates. Unfortunately, we cannot provide tracking numbers. At this time, we cannot refund or exchange orders once they're placed! Please make sure your order is correct before you check out. If your CD arrives damaged, we'll be happy to send you another.
You will receive an email when your order has been shipped!
If your order does not arrive within 3 months after the shipment date, please contact email@example.com and we will happily address any concerns you may have. Goblins may have intercepted your purchase.
